The Obama Agenda

In his address to Congress and his weekly address this week President Obama outlined his ideas to restore the economy, make America more competitive, improves lives of millions of Americans, provide health care coverage and better schools and colleges for all Americans, and help restructure the banking system.
I hope that the economy is going to improve and decisive reforms in energy, education and health care are determined.

Charles Krauthammer, editor of the Washington Post, suggested that Obama is a genuine social democrat, intending to increase governmental spending to European’s level and therefore providing an overall better life for all our American citizens. Well, to those critics who fear bigger governement, I better quote President (or back then Candidate) Obama: "John McCain calls this [governemntal influence, note] socialism. I call it opportunity, and there is nothing more American than that."
